“The Missing Middle” Lived Experience Australia survey wants to understand the reasons why people slip through the net or don’t get the care they need, and to have the first robust data from a lived experience perspective and to understand why some consumers continue receiving support from a health professional or service to improve their mental health (engage) while others choose to stop their involvement with services (disengage).
This is our opportunity to gather more information from you so that we can inform the Federal Government, the Productivity Commission, and the national modelling currently being undertaken which is looking at the mental health impacts of COVID-19. It will also form part of our advocacy on behalf of people with a lived experience.
There are 18 questions in this comprehensive survey which will enable a wider perspective and we would really appreciate you taking the time to complete it!
In appreciation of your time and input, LEA would like to offer $50 VISA cards to three randomly chosen consumers and three randomly chosen carers.
All responses will be completely confidential and anonymous, you will not be identified in completing the survey.
