Call2Connect Program

You’re not alone!

“When we’re in the grips of a crisis or distress, sometimes all we need is someone to talk to, who’ll listen, understand, and validate how we’re feeling. This emotional support is so powerful, and the Call2Connect Program aims to lighten the weight you’re carrying, even just for a moment, while providing options of where to go for the support you need”.

We provide information and referral help through our phone and email service.

In response to what families and friends told us that follow up calls to talk about how those referrals went and if we can offer more referrals, would be helpful.

Through our Call2Connect Program, we can offer up to 4 phone calls that go for up to 60 minutes, to see how those initial referrals went, offer more referrals, and to check-in with

Call2Connect is an informal, one on one, support option that’s all about, and all for, the families and friends supporting someone living with mental ill health and or alcohol or other drug use.
