The University of Sydney wants to find out the perspectives of family and friends who provide support to someone with mental ill health. Your experience can help improve services. If you provide support to a family member or friend who experiences mental ill health, is not receiving NDIS funding, and is using psychosocial mental health support services, you may be eligible to participate in an interview.
The interview will take between 15 minutes and one hour. It can be conducted online or by phone. The interviewer will ask you questions about how you see the impact of the service, needs being met and not met, and how you think the service could be improved. The interview is like a conversation rather than a lot of fixed questions. The most important thing is to find out what is important to you.
You will receive a gift voucher to thank you for your time.
