The Action Plan was developed to support people and communities to understand and access health information so they can confidently make decisions about their health and wellbeing.

More information about this project is provided online, prior to the start of the survey. This information is also attached to this email.

Survey 1

The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. If you get interrupted during the survey, your answers are automatically saved for a week, so you can come back and finish it later. You do not need to put your name on the survey.

The survey will remain open and available for you to complete until 15 June 2024.

This project has been approved by the Human Research and Ethics Committee of the University of Tasmania [Project ID H0030195].

Survey 2

This survey is a consumer survey specifically to help the research team find out what helps people to access health information and health services.

This survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.

The first 100 people to complete this survey are eligible to receive a $20 supermarket voucher to thank them for their time.

This survey will close on the 15th June
