Contribute to the Tasmanian Health Literacy Action Plan 2019-2024 and make a difference to the ways health information and services are accessed.

You are invited to take part in an online survey about ways you assist people (health consumers) to access and use health information and health services. This information will be used to help the research team from the University of Tasmania to review the Tasmanian Government’s Health Literacy Action Plan 2019-2024 (Action Plan).

The Action Plan was developed to support people and communities to understand and access health information so they can confidently make decisions about their health and wellbeing.

More information about this project is provided online, prior to the start of the survey. This information is also attached to this email.

The survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. If you get interrupted during the survey, your answers are automatically saved for a week, so you can come back and finish it later. You do not need to put your name on the survey.

The survey will remain open and available for you to complete until 15 June 2024.

This project has been approved by the Human Research and Ethics Committee of the University of Tasmania [Project ID H0030195].
