Patients, carers and community members are invited to come and learn about Tasmania’s health complaints system.
About this Event
Patients, carers and members of the public are invited to come and learn about how the health complaints system operates in Tasmania.
The session will feature a joint presentation by Health Complaints Commissioner, Richard Connock , and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) State Manager, David Clements.
The presentation will be followed by a facilitated group discussion by Health Consumers Tasmanian CEO Bruce Levett about how to improve patient and carers capacity to raise and have concerns about the health system addressed.
Afternoon tea is provided, and we appreciate your advice on dietary requirements.
