Tasmanian Suicide Prevention Strategy 2023-2027 Implementation Plan Two Survey
You are invited to participate in a survey for the Tasmanian Suicide Prevention Strategy 2023-2027 Implementation Plan Two.
This consultation aims to gather feedback from all Tasmanians to ensure the approach meets the needs and opportunities available in our state. Your input will help refine the draft implementation plan and guide future steps in suicide prevention across Tasmania.
This initiative is led by the Department of Health on behalf of the Tasmanian Government. The survey is one of several consultation methods supporting the development of this plan.
Note: The survey will be open from Tuesday 3rd to Friday 20th September 2024.
The below survey can be done in your own time and is expected to take an approximate time of 15 minutes following your review of the draft Implementation Plan.
The draft Implementation Plan Two is available to review in two versions:
- The full Implementation Plan Exposure Draft includes all of the action points in detail – view here
- The Summary is a much shorter version with just an overview of the actions – view here
The Department of Health recognise that the Implementation Plan is long, so the summary version has been created to make this process as accessible as possible.
