While much of our work happens in collaborations, consultations and in working with state and federal partners, there’s a whole world of activity happening behind the scenes that keeps the wheels turning. And at the very heart of that is Vicki, our amazing Operations Manager. I’d like to take a moment to sincerely acknowledge and celebrate Vicki for the incredible work she does behind the scenes to keep our organisation running smoothly and effectively. From managing financial reporting, strengthening our policies and procedures, supporting governance and HR processes, to ensuring our budgets are balanced and our reporting is accurate, Vicki handles it all with care, precision, and a deep sense of responsibility, while also being a strong advocate for families and friends in Tasmania through her advocacy and knowledge in this space. Vicki’s work, in all her many hats is foundational to the success of our frontline services and advocacy, and we simply couldn’t do it without her.
