Setting Boundaries as a Family Member or Friend
Sane Forums and ARAFMI are co-hosting this online session on Wednesday 26th August, 7-8.30 pm.
Boundary setting is an important, but often difficult, part of self-care when a loved one is living with complex mental health issues. This may be harder and more complex for some than others. This special event will share ideas on how we can set boundaries and look after our own mental health whilst caring for our loved ones.
This special 1.5 hour event begins at 7 pm AEST on Wednesday 26th August – please note this event is not on a Tuesday.
So come along and join the online session HEREÂ on Wednesday 26th August, 7 pm.
