Sane Forum (Tuesday 31st March 7-8 pm)

March 25, 2020 By Vicki

Conscious Mindfulness

For March’s Topic Tuesday, Sane Forums will run a live group mindfulness exercise.

Mindfulness meditation has been proven to improve our concentration and reduce ruminative thinking that contributes to the high levels of stress. Within our own community and the broader community mindfulness is a valuable tool to employ.

The Sane Carers Forum is for people who care about someone with complex mental health issues. Acceptance, connection, support. Share the journey. Safe, anonymous discussion for people living with complex mental health issues, moderated by mental health professionals.

So come along and join the online mindfulness session HERE on Tuesday 31st March, 7 pm.
