Safe Spaces are an opportunity for those who support someone with their mental ill health and/or AOD use to come together and share the ups and downs of their role with others who understand.
Please note that these sessions are not open to service providers, however if you have lived experience of supporting a family member or friend with their mental ill health and/or AOD use you are welcome to come wearing your family/friend ‘hat’.
