Share your experiences as a family or friend to help improve the NDIS for people with psychosocial disability, their families and carers.
The University of Sydney are seeking the family and friends perspective on what it’s like to support someone receiving assistance from the NDIS for a psychosocial disability. This information will be used to help improve the NDIS for people with psychosocial disability, their families and carers.
Who is this for?
Families, Friends currently caring for, or related to someone receiving support from the NDIS for a psychosocial disability.
What is involved?
You will be asked to take part in an interview participate in an interview of up to 1 hour duration in which you will be asked your own personal perspective on the operation of the NDIS for people with psychosocial disability. You will be asked questions about your experience with the NDIS, what is working well, and what you think could be better. Interviews will last about an hour, at a time convenient for you.
Participating in the research is voluntary and your participation will not impact you, the person you are caring for or any NDIS funding or access decision. All responses will remain confidential, and your privacy protected.
