Given it is National Mental Health Week this week, and National Carers Week next week, we at mental health families and friends TAS would like to extend our respect, our gratitude and our recognition to not only those who live with a mental illness, but the unpaid and often invisible supporters. To the unpaid friends and family members who provide the love, support, practical and emotional care for someone they love, thank you for your invaluable service.

A range of varied and interesting activities and events are held across Tasmania and there is definitely something for everyone.
