Mental Health First Aid Training (Glenorchy)

Would you like to learn how to safely, helpfully and confidently support and talk about mental health and mental illnesses?

With mental health and mental illness being talked about more and gaining much needed attention and awareness, Mental Health Families and Friends and The Salvation Army Glenorchy Corps are offering four 2-day courses for people living in the Glenorchy Local Government Area (Lutana to Granton) for $20 per person. To gain your Mental Health First Aid Certificate, you must attend both days of training.

Please note, unfortunately have had to cancel the April training, however we are making a new date for the Thursday 8th and Thursday 15th of July. Also note the May training is now full!

Here are the dates for 2021 – 

Saturday 10^th and Saturday 17^th APRIL – CANCELLED

Thursday 6^th and Thursday 13^th MAY – FULL 

Thursday 8^th and Thursday 15^th JULY

All are being held at Glenorchy Salvation Army – Next to Glenorchy Post Office, 1/370 Main Rd, Glenorchy
