Seeking feedback into consumer, family and carer experiences of telehealth psychiatry consultations
Lived Experience Australia are asking for feedback about your perspectives and experiences with telehealth consultations with a psychiatrist.
They are keen to pass on your views to the Australian Government and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists as either a consumer or carer so if you have a little time, and it wont take you too long, please complete the survey.
A $50 VISA card will be provided to 2 consumers and 2 carers in appreciation of your time.
The survey will only be open for 3 weeks, closes Tuesday 9 February 2021.
