Are you a carer or a organisation that supports carers? Do you know what services are out there? FindHelpTAS is the largest and most-up-to-date online community service directory in Tasmania with over 900 programs listed.

Would you like to learn how to best use FindHelpTAS to help your clients or care recipients? Join us for a free, interactive online workshop hosted by TasCOSS. There are two workshop times to choose from.

Tasmanian Council of Social Service is hosting a FindHelpTAS Health Literacy Workshop for Carers and Care Workers on how to find local services in your area and get the most out of FindHelpTAS.
When: 10am-11.15am this Thursday 23rd May & Wednesday 5th June

This workshop runs for 75 minutes and is for anyone in Tasmania who provides care for a family member or friend, or is a care worker who works for a carer organisation. We will cover:

  • How to use FindHelpTAS;
  • How to find local services in your area; and
  • How to get the most out of FindHelpTAS by using a vignette/case study.

This workshop will be interactive, fun and will be a safe environment to share ideas.
