Families Friends Charter

Mental Health Families and Friends are wanting to gather your insight for the development of our Family and Friend Lived Experience Charter. The Charter will provide guidance and reminder for organisations about the experiences, needs, and rights of families and friends, and about the language to use, and the best practices for engaging, co-designing with, and involving families and friends, who support and care for loved ones with mental ill health and/or AOD use.
As this Charter is for families and friends, we want to hear from you about how you would like to be spoken to, engaged with, and involved in the care, treatment, and recovery of your loved one.
The survey should take about 10 to 12 minutes, and your responses will be completely anonymous:Â https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NXSPFZP
We really appreciate you taking the time to complete this survey.
The survey closes on 1st August 2023.
If you have any questions, please email us: student.2@mhff.org.au.
