When you’re feeling anxious, alcohol can initially lift your mood or help you relax. But, once this wears off, alcohol often makes anxiety worse. Inroads is a free online program to help young people with anxiety & drinking.

Positive Choices is supporting a free trial of the Inroads Program. Inroads is a free online program to help young people (aged 17-30 years) with concerns about their anxiety and drinking.
