Conversations About Suicide Training

January 5, 2021 By Vicki

Would you like to learn how to safely, helpfully and confidently identify, approach and support someone who is experiencing suicidal thoughts and behaviours?

With mental health and mental illness being talked about more and gaining much needed attention and awareness, Mental Health Families and Friends in partnership with Glenorchy Salvation Army Corps and Bec Thomas (Rising Kind), are providing the Mental Health First aid Conversations about Suicide training for $20 per person. The 4 and a half hour sessions will be held in Huonville, Swansea, Glenorchy, Deloraine, Devonport and Launceston.

You will be able to book and pay for a session a month out from the date!

Please keep an eye on our Facebook and Website pages to be able to book in for training.

Here are the dates for 2021 –
