This National Carers Week, Carers Tasmania is hosting a Carers Expo at the C3 Convention Centre on Friday, 18 October from 10 am to 2 pm. The expo is open to the public and members of the community and carers are encouraged to stop by and find out about the available services. This is a great opportunity to connect with organisations and service providers, discover new resources, and find out how Carer Gateway can help.

Carers will also have the chance to meet others in similar roles, share experiences, and build connections within the community. There will be Panels on disability and aged care, and opportunities to ask questions about available services. Care2Serve, the service arm of Carers Tasmania, will also be launching its new online modules on ageing and aged care at the Carers Expo. Developed in collaboration with celebrity author and comedian Jean Kittson, these modules provide valuable insights and support for carers navigating the aged care system.
