About Support Programs

You’re not alone
Mental health and concerns with alcohol and other drugs impacts a large percentage of us at some point – either ourselves and/or someone close to us
This means, someone just like you, is stepping into a support role. On those days when you feel overwhelmed. When you feel frustrated that you didn’t get a say about taking on the role of mental health and or AOD family or friend, know that you don’t have to travel the support journey alone.
Our programs are designed by support people for support people… just like you!
We get it. We see you. This is for you!
What we don’t do
We aren’t a counselling, drop in, or crisis service. If you need immediate crisis help.
Support services
While we don’t run counselling, clinical care or residential respite, our support services can assist you to brainstorm solutions, to learn from other support people and feel empowered to speak up for yourself and the person you support.
