A new, shared approach to Tasmania’s mental health plan

December 10, 2020 By Vicki

mental health families and friends TAS are proud to promote Primary Tasmania’s review and development of the Rethink 2020 document which we were involved in, and our CEO, Maxine, worked hard to ensure family and friends’ interests and importance are recognised and are advocated.

Rethink 2020 is a collaboration between Primary Health Tasmania, the Tasmanian Department of Health, and the Tasmanian Health Service, and focuses on improving mental health service planning and delivery in Tasmania. It is a response to the Tasmanian Government publishing its plan to improve mental health outcomes for all Tasmanians: “Rethink Mental Health Better Mental Health and Wellbeing – A Long-Term Plan for Mental Health in Tasmania 2015-25.”
